House Rules

1. 50% payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed

2. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking

3. Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa

4. All guests must be able to provide valid ID proofs when asked This may be at the time of booking or upon arrival

5. All foreign nationals must provide their passport and visa details prior to their stay

6. Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement

7. Any illegal activity including but not limited to prostitution or the use of narcotics is strictly prohibited

8. Any commercial activity is strictly prohibited

9. A refundable security deposit may be collected before check-in

10. The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days provided the guest count does not increase and check-out rules are followed

11. This property is not pet-friendly

12. In case of a power outage the inverter supports all lights and fans for a few hours

13. Please note only the VI network works well in this area

14. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed

15. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM

16. A CCTV camera monitors the external areas of the property

17. The caretaker stays near the premises within the same property

18. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available Network quality may vary

19. Alcohol consumption is allowed Please avoid carrying food or drinks in or around the pool

20. Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas of the villa

21.Children must be supervised while they are in or around the pool

22. Guests are requested to wear swimming attire and shower before using the pool

23. Please treat the home with care and respect

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

40+ days before check-in: 100% credit note or 80% refund

31 - 39 days before check-in: 50% credit note or 40% refund

Less than 30 days before check-in: No credit note or refund can be provided
