Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Payment

To confirm your booking, we require your name, contact details, ID proof, and an advance payment via Razorpay (card, wallet, or net banking).

Cancellation Charges

  • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund (minus processing fee)

  • 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Less than 3 days: No refund

Cancellations must be made via email or our website.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Third-Party Bookings

For bookings through travel agents or websites, refer to their refund policies. We are not responsible for third-party transactions.
